Teaching you how to embrace big picture thinking.
It doesn’t matter how great the creative idea is if it doesn’t address the challenge at hand. Finding ways to express your uniqueness is key in getting you noticed. It takes stepping back and looking at the big picture – who you are, where you are going, who you want to talk to, and what you have to offer.

Rader rants:
A need for messaging that makes sense.
“After twenty-five years of working as a Graphic Designer often frustrated with “fluff” – I grew weary with copy that did not tell the real story. I became motivated to do something better for the client and their audience, so I began writing my own headlines for layouts. Both clients and agencies bought them again and again and began asking me to write full copy as well, so I did. I enjoyed it so much that I retired from Graphic Design so that I could write and work strategically full time. In learning and understanding the client’s business, it was easy to write copy that made sense to them, their target market and their dreams and goals. Always a classic, timeless designer, never following fads, my copywriting follows the same approach – fresh, open, honest and on-target. I still do concept sketches when called for, but I prefer to let the designers do their job so I can focus on the big-picture thinking and the message, they can make it look beautiful. It's someone else's turn to do that. I choose to write.”
